Shatta Wale Beats Davido, Wizkid, Tekno And Others To Become Artiste Of The Year At 2017 African Pride Awards

Ghanaian-born musician, Shatta Wale, has bagged yet another award again, as he has been crowned as the Artiste of the year at the 2017 African Pride Awards.
The 32-year-old reggae-dancehall musician was in the same category with super stars like Wizkid, Davido, Mr Eazi, Tekno, Yemi Alade, Tiwa Savage and Diamond Platnumz, but he beat the odds to become the eventual winner at the event which took place at Royal London Hotel & Suites on the 13th August, 2017.
This year’s African Pride Awards happens to be the second edition of the scheme.
